Rally helps Shopify merchants publish group-buying offers and bring buyers together around them, on their own or with a creator partner. Muse can help create, track, and manage each rally in conversation. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
No app required for participants. Merchant-funded rallies include tax and shipping in the rally price. Rally-funded rallies show the merchandise price plus tax for the shipping address, with shipping included.
You bring the audience. We run the rally, from the first join to the final result. Read the full guide to group buying.
Set your product, rally price, threshold (e.g. 20 people), and deadline (24–72 hours).
Post it to your followers, email list, or hand it to a creator partner. Watch joins in real time.
When the threshold is met, payments are captured automatically and your proceeds are transferred to your Stripe account. Missed it? Every hold is released — a rally that doesn’t fill costs you $0.
For brands
Run a threshold-based rally for your followers. You share one link — we handle join tracking, the deadline, and payment capture. If the rally doesn’t fill, no one is charged.
Creator commissions are optional. If you run a rally with a creator partner, you set their cut and Rally tracks it automatically — it comes out of your share.
Set the product, rally price, threshold, and deadline before anyone joins.
Buyers purchase from you. Payments run through Rally’s Stripe Connect integration, and Rally collects and remits sales tax where it is required to as a marketplace facilitator.
Only paid orders count, so rally progress reflects committed demand rather than informal sign-ups.
See which rallies filled, which did not, how close each rally came to its goal, and which products sold.
Use observed performance to inform pricing, product selection, and audience strategy. Rally presents the data; it does not claim why a rally succeeded or failed.
Merchants can access analytics for their own deals only, not another merchant’s data.
Whether a brand opens an official rally for its own audience or opens one for a creator partner to promote, Rally handles the mechanics — join tracking, deadlines, payments, and commission tracking.
A brand opens a rally on its own deal, or Rally opens one on a deal the brand has agreed to supply. Either way the terms are fixed before anyone joins. A creator partner promotes the link the brand gives them.
At the deadline, Rally captures every payment if the threshold is met, or releases every hold if it is not. No chasing, no manual refunds.
Participants can review the offer and join without downloading another app.
Purchase funds never pass through the creator partner.
The rally total reflects paid participants, not polls or verbal commitments.
Commissions are optional. If a brand opens a rally for a creator partner, the brand sets their cut and Rally tracks what is owed from completed sales.
Connect Rally to Muse to create and manage group buys using natural-language requests. Rally returns the group information needed to complete the request while keeping the merchant’s data limited to that merchant’s own deals.

Rally is designed around the Model Context Protocol so compatible AI experiences can connect to the same group-buying tools over time.
On a merchant-funded rally, the brand opens it and sets the price, threshold, and deadline, for itself or for a creator partner to promote. On a Rally-funded rally, Rally sets the price, threshold, and deadline and opens it, on a deal the brand has agreed to supply at a wholesale price. Creator partners never open rallies.
No. Many brands run rallies directly for their own followers. If you work with creators, just hand them the link — commissions are tracked automatically.
Payments are processed through Stripe Connect. On a merchant-funded rally, Rally deducts its platform fee, any sales tax it must collect and remit as a marketplace facilitator, and Stripe’s card processing fee, and the rest is transferred to the merchant’s Stripe account. On a Rally-funded rally, the merchant receives a wholesale amount locked at the deadline, less Stripe’s card processing fee, Rally keeps the margin, and Rally remits the sales tax it collects. Creator partners never collect participant payments.
Where required by law, Rally calculates, collects, and remits sales tax as a marketplace facilitator. A merchant-funded rally price includes the tax, so buyers see one total. A Rally-funded rally price adds tax for the shipping address, with shipping included.
Nothing. No one is charged and all payment holds are released.
No. Participants can open the shared link, review the merchant’s terms, and authorize their card on the rally page. Merchants can use Rally through supported interfaces, including the Rally connector for Muse.
The merchant is the seller and is responsible for product information, fulfillment, customer service, returns, refunds, and any commission it agrees with a creator partner. Rally displays the terms and rally status but does not sell or fulfill the product.
